Stephen Stephens is a respected industry leader, business owner, and stallion owner whose career has been shaped by a lifelong commitment to the Quarter Horse industry. A pivotal moment in Stephen’s journey came with Dynamic Deluxe, the legendary AQHA Leading Sire whose influence proved foundational in launching both his career and long‑standing legacy within the industry.
Stephen is the Past President of the National Snaffle Bit Association (NSBA) and currently serves as an Executive Committee member of the Texas Quarter Horse Association, as well as a National Director for the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA). He also holds both AQHA and NSBA judges cards, reflecting his deep understanding of the show pen from every angle.
Alongside Terry Cross, Stephen operates Dry River Ranch in Weatherford, Texas — a premier, full‑service stallion station offering Premier Stallion Services to breeders nationwide.
