Good Better Best is an active Super Sire and the crown jewel of Running Stag Farm. Affectionately known as “Mag,” this striking AQHA stallion is co-owned by Leslie Anne Bacon and Nancy Sue Ryan. He is sired by the late Good I Will Be and out of the great mare Luke Whoo, and he represents the height of Hunter Under Saddle excellence with his size, strength, conformation, and calm, trainable temperament.
Mag made a memorable debut at the 2017 All American Quarter Horse Congress, where he was named Congress Champion in the 3-Year-Old Non-Pro Hunter Under Saddle and Reserve Champion in the Open division. His natural cadence, elegant movement, and presence in the ring immediately set him apart.
Bred with a stallion career in mind, Mag is now passing those same exceptional traits to his foals. His early crops have already produced multiple champions, and his influence is only growing as his progeny continue to reach the winner’s circle.
