super sires Stakes purse classes

What are Stakes Purse Classes?

Stakes Purse classes are open‑entry performance opportunities for horses nominated to the Super Sires program, regardless of the breeding year of their sire. Designed to broaden competition and reward excellence across disciplines, Stakes Purse classes offer meaningful payouts funded by sponsor support, nomination fees, and proceeds from our annual Stallion Service Sale.

Who is eligible?

Any horse that has been nominated to Super Sires and is by a stallion enrolled in the program — past or present — is eligible for Stakes Purse classes. This means even horses sired before their stallion’s enrollment year can compete, giving owners and exhibitors more chances to earn money and recognition.
